Note: We define substantial campaigns as those with an office in Iowa or New Hampshire.  Further, our definition includes leading candidates from minor parties on the ballot in 2000 in enough states to theoretically win the electoral college. At our discretion we will share announcements about new online resources from the media and other political sources.  This does not include ongoing coverage. We will also aggregate web site announcements from long long shot candidates from time to time for distribution.
