Dick believes our elected officialsand the bureaucrats they hire and appoint are slowly taking our freedoms to create what they call "a better society". He believes in our Minnesota State Constitution, the peoples law designed to "necessarily limit" our elected officials. A law many of our politicians fail to heed. This is why Dick Borrell believes we need people in our state government that are not bought and paid for by any group or organization. He believes in Citizen Government that represents all the citizens is our hope for regaining our precious freedoms! Prepared for by Borrell For Governor, Mike Wanchena, Treasurer, Waverly, MN
