Chris Wright Response 1
Question 1: What must the governor do, if anything, to head off or prepare for a possible computer systems distruption as a result of the Year 2000 compter bug?
The governor, being the CEO of state, should have already had the systems administrators for the state implement year 2000 compliance. However, in the event that this has not occurred, then I would immediately have site audits of our state's systems and software to determine whether they are in compliance and bring our state's systems up to date.
