Question 1: What must the governor do, if anything, to head off or prepare for a possible computer systems distruption as a result of the Year 2000 compter bug?
This is not an executive problem. If the governor has any confidence at all in his department heads, he should rely on them to resolve the problem. Nevertheless, the governor's office could coordinate with the various agencies to make sure the problem is resolved.
