  • The project will officially start with its first year of activities once foundation funding is obtained. The start up and development phase will last through the year 2000. 

• Host
  • The Center for Democracy and Citizenship at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota will house the project.
